We serve homeowners throughout Utah Valley, Salt Lake Valley, and the Heber / Midway area, including Draper, Herriman, American Fork, Lehi, Highland, Alpine, Pleasant Grove, Orem, Provo, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, and surrounding communities.
Our pricing is based on an average home of about 3,000 sq ft or up to 18 windows.
The reason we’re able to price it this way is because we take care of the entire home year-round, not just a single visit. Services are spread across four scheduled maintenance visits, which allows us to plan efficiently and keep costs fair. That schedule includes exterior window cleanings twice per year as part of the plan.
If your home has more windows, is larger than average, or you’d like an additional window cleaning outside of the scheduled visits, we’re always happy to do that — it would just be priced separately so everything stays fair and transparent.
Most Utah Valley homeowners choose twice per year (spring and fall). Homes near construction, dirt roads, or with sprinklers hitting glass may benefit from more frequent service.
Yes — interior window washing is available by request. Many clients start with exterior and add interior seasonally.
Most window washing jobs take 1–3 hours depending on pane count, access, and condition.
Not for exterior-only service. For interior cleaning, yes (or we’ll need arranged access).
Yes. Window washing is available on a schedule, and Signature members receive exterior window washing as part of their plan (with adjustments for unusually large homes if needed).
