Utah County
Home Maintenance in Highland, UT
Set quarterly pricing. The same proven checklist, every visit. No upsells, no surprises.
Proudly serving Highland Hills, View Pointe, Beacon Hills, Dry Creek area, and the rest of Highland.
Highland sits on the bench between Alpine and Cedar Hills, and its homes tend to be larger — bigger rooflines, more gutters, more windows, and more exterior surface exposed to canyon wind coming out of American Fork Canyon. That's more square footage of maintenance per home than almost anywhere else in Utah County, and it's exactly what a defined quarterly checklist keeps ahead of.
Most Highland homes were built in the 1990s and 2000s, which puts original furnaces, water heaters, and HVAC systems right in the window where consistent upkeep decides whether they last another decade or fail early. Larger lots also mean bigger irrigation systems — our fall blowout matters more here than in most cities we serve.
Planned services Highland on the same flat quarterly rate as the rest of Utah County — the same crew every visit, the same defined checklist, and a photo report after every visit. No custom quoting for larger homes on our standard plans, no upsells.
Planned Home Maintenance, in plain facts
What it is: Planned is a quarterly home maintenance subscription. A technician visits your home four times a year — once per season — and completes a defined seasonal checklist: HVAC filters, furnace tune-up, water heater flush, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, plumbing, appliances, and safety detectors.
What it costs: Three flat plans — Minimum at $225 per quarter (townhomes and condos), Planned at $399 per quarter (full interior + exterior checklist, most popular), and Signature at $599 per quarter (adds window cleaning 3×/year and priority scheduling). No quotes, no upsells, no surprise charges.
Where we serve: Highland and 26 other cities across Salt Lake County and Utah County, Utah. Based in American Fork, UT.
How it's different: The same crew every visit, the same defined checklist every quarter, and a photo report after each visit showing exactly what was done.
