Is there a contract?
It's a simple annual membership. You're only ever billed as visits happen, and after your first year you can cancel anytime with no fee. We're here to earn your business every quarter.
What if I need something outside the checklist?
We'll let you know. For items outside the plan scope, we'll give you an honest assessment and a fair quote — never pressure.
Do you serve my area?
We currently serve Salt Lake County and Utah County. Check our Service Areas page for a full city list.
What does window cleaning 3×/year mean in Signature?
Interior and exterior window cleaning included with three of your four quarterly visits — spring, summer, and fall.
When do you come out?
Scheduling is flexible. We work around your availability and confirm each visit with you ahead of time.
How do I pay?
You're charged after each completed visit. If a visit hasn't happened by the end of a quarter, the quarterly charge processes automatically so your membership stays active. We accept all major credit cards.
